This month Coral Gables Labs turns one. A year ago we set out to build a research peptide supplier that labs and researchers in South Florida could actually reach: clearly labeled vials, careful packing, fast shipping, and a real person on the other end of the message. Thank you to every lab, school and researcher who ordered from us in our first year.
Why Coral Gables
Coral Gables has been our home from day one. The City Beautiful sits minutes from the University of Miami, the medical and research campuses around Miami-Dade, and the shipping hubs that move packages across the country. Being here lets us pack every order ourselves and get it out the door the same business day it is paid, when it is paid by 2:00 PM ET.
What we built in year one
- Clearly labeled vials. Every vial carries its product name, amount and our research-use-only label.
- Lyophilized and sealed. Peptides ship as a dry powder in sealed vials, packed to protect them in transit, including through a Miami summer.
- Same-day shipping. Orders paid by 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, ship that day by USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
- Lab reports as they come in. When a lot has a Certificate of Analysis, we post the original on our COAs page so you can match it to your vial.
- Real support. Questions about orders, lots or shipping go to our Miami team on WhatsApp, and we usually answer the same day.
What comes next
In our second year we plan to post more lab reports, add products our customers ask for, and publish regular Lab Notes here on the blog: practical guides on storing lyophilized peptides, reading a Certificate of Analysis, and handling shipments in hot weather.
