2. Buyer responsibilities
- You will not use, sell, or provide any product for human or animal consumption or application.
- You are responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession and use of products.
- You will store, handle and dispose of products according to accepted laboratory safety practices.
3. No medical claims or advice
Nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. We do not provide dosing, administration, or usage guidance.
4. Right to refuse service
We may cancel any order and refund payment if we believe a product may be used contrary to this policy, including where communications reference human use.
5. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions and lab reports accurate. Any Certificate of Analysis we post applies only to the lot number shown on it and was issued by the laboratory named on it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coral Gables Labs is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of products or use contrary to this policy. [Attorney to finalize.]
