Are your products for human or animal use?
No. Every product we sell is for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food, and must not be used on humans or animals. We can’t give dosing or usage advice.
Who can buy from Coral Gables Labs?
Adults 21 and older who are purchasing for legitimate research purposes and agree to our Terms of Service at checkout.
What form do products ship in?
Peptides ship as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials, labeled with product name, amount and lot number.
How should I store products?
Keep sealed vials in the refrigerator (2–8°C / 36–46°F), away from light and moisture. For longer storage, keep them frozen (−20°C / −4°F).
Testing
Do you have lab reports?
When a lot has a Certificate of Analysis, we post the original report on our COAs page. Each report names the lot and the lab that issued it. Don’t see your lot? Ask us on WhatsApp.
How do I match a report to my vial?
Every vial label shows a lot number. Find that same number in the COA table.
Orders & shipping
How do I order and pay?
Add products to your cart and check out. Your order opens in WhatsApp, ready to send to us. We confirm availability and your total, then send a secure payment link. We never ask for card details by message.
When will my order ship?
Orders paid by 2:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day by USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2–3 business days. Shipping is a flat $9.99, free on orders over $200.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Can I return a product?
Because of the nature of our products, opened items can’t be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced. See our Return Policy.
